Pet Policy
Dogs and Pets are welcome within our Garden Centres. For an enjoyable visit for you, your canine companion, and other customers we simply ask that you follow our guidance below.
Dog Policy
- Well behaved dogs and pets are permitted within our garden centres and our outside seating areas within our Café garden and terrace. We have created special undercover heated seating areas for you and your pet to enjoy.
- We ask that your dog is always kept on their leash.
- Dogs and Pets are not permitted in the Foodhall areas.
- Dedicated ‘Dog Drinking Stations’ are situated within our Garden Centres.
- We of course also ask that you clean up after your dog or pet, this is the owner’s responsibility. We do sell a range of poop bags if you forget yours!
